I just happened upon info, that back in 2001 there was a pilot done for a new 'Electra Woman and DynaGirl' series. Originally airing in 1976 as part of the Saturday morning opus that was The Kroft Supershow and starring Deidre Hall/Judy Strangis, a remake in and of itself isn't that weird...
...until you find out it was going to star one of my other personal 80's TV favorites, MARKIE POST...
...playing Electra Woman as a disillusioned, bitter, sexually promiscuous alcoholic...
...married and divorced since the end of the original series...
...her husband having left her for the original Dyna Girl!
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, HOW THE HELL DID THIS NOT MAKE IT TO PRIME-TIME???!!!
